Hyprcore is a native macOS workspace that combines an AI wiki, a meeting recorder, solo screen recordings, web captures, and global dictation that can also run voice commands.
A native macOS workspace where everything you say, record, and read becomes a page. Dictate into any app — or say “Hyper” and it runs the instruction instead. Record a call, or a solo walkthrough. Save the page you are reading. It all lands in one local-first vault your AI tools can search.

Say it. Hear it. Read it.
One vault.
Twenty-eight seconds on the whole thing — dictating into any app, speaking a command instead of typing it, recording a call, saving a page, and watching all of it land on your own machine.

We need to finalize the pricing tiers before the launch.
Agreed. I'll prepare the comparison matrix by Friday.
Record a call and the summary builds while you are still on it. Or record a solo walkthrough and get back a transcript, chapters, and a written doc.

Your Wiki
Where every word lives
Based on the Q2 Planning meeting (Apr 2) and Pricing Review (Mar 28):
Free tier stays full-featured, Pro at $19.99/mo, Team at $39.99/mo
Enterprise pricing tabled until Q3 — revisit after launch metrics

Dictation
Speak and it types.
Or it just does it.
Press a shortcut and your words stream in wherever your cursor is, live, as you speak. Or open with “Hyper” and say an instruction instead — rewrite this, shorten that, answer this email — and Hyprcore runs it on whatever you have selected. The typing never has to happen at all.
“Hyper, tighten this paragraph”
I think we should keep the free tier generous and ship Team alongside Pro.
Agreed. Locking too much behind a paywall hurts our adoption story.
Let's make sync the upgrade lever, not feature gating.
Meetings
Record from a pill.
Read it as a document.
A floating pill follows you between apps and expands into a real workspace — live transcript on one side, your notes on the other, an Ask tab when you want a quick answer. The summary builds itself as the call runs, so when you hang up, the meeting is already a wiki page.
Calendar
It knows what
meeting this is.
Connect a calendar and every recording files itself against the right event, with the right people on it. Optional, and read-only in every direction — Hyprcore can look at your calendar, never touch it.
Google Calendar
Your next meetings, pulled in over OAuth. Hyprcore reads the title, the time, and who is invited — nothing else.
Microsoft Outlook
The same, through Microsoft Graph — for personal Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 work accounts alike.
Apple Calendar
Read straight from the calendar already on your Mac. No account to connect, and nothing leaves the device.
Calendar data does one job: matching a recording to a meeting. Hyprcore never creates, edits, or deletes events, never uses your calendar for advertising, and never sells it.
Google and Outlook event metadata syncs to your account so meetings match across your devices; Apple Calendar events stay on your Mac. Disconnect any time in Settings → Calendar, or revoke access from your Google Account or Microsoft account. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy; Hyprcore's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Recordings
Talk it through once.
Keep the document.
Record a five-minute walkthrough on your own — no meeting, no second person — and it comes back as a note with a player, a searchable transcript, chapters, and a written doc. The explanation you would have given once now lives somewhere people can find it.
Chapters
Wiki
A second brain
you actually open.
Your personal wiki, your meeting room, your dictation pad, and the things you read — together. Every meeting, recording, capture, and note lives as a page in one tree. Open it like a doc, search it like a database, and point an agent at it that can write back.

Routines
It works when
you don’t.
Describe the job once, in a sentence, and say when it should happen. Hyprcore does it while the laptop is shut — a brief waiting before the call, a draft in your inbox after it, a finished meeting posted to whatever you already automate.
Routines
A trigger, an instruction in plain English, and a list of what it may touch. On a schedule, before a calendar event, when a recording starts, or when a meeting ends.
Your accounts
Gmail, Outlook, Notion and web search. A routine can read the thread you need before a call, or leave a follow-up in your drafts for you to read.
Webhooks
POST a finished meeting to n8n, Zapier, Make, or your own endpoint. Signed, retried, and you pick what goes in the body.
A routine, in full
- When
- 30 minutes before a meeting with external guests
- Do
- Brief me: who is attending and their company, the last email threads with them, and what my notes say we promised last time. Under 200 words, into the meeting’s Prep section.
- Can reach
- Your mail (read) · Your meetings (read)
That is the whole thing. You wrote a paragraph, not a workflow.
Two separate settings decide how far a routine can go: one for your machine, one for whether it may change anything at all. New routines start manual, sandboxed and read-only, and every run is logged — what fired it, what it called, and what it cost.
Every routine is a file in your vault you can open, edit, or delete — the same plain markdown as everything else Hyprcore keeps. Connected accounts are described in the app by what they can reach, not by scope URL, and the limits you set are applied before a request leaves your Mac. See the release notes for everything that shipped with it.
The Hyprcore Advantage
More than recording.
Team intelligence.
Every conversation becomes searchable intelligence.
Meetings, recordings, dictations, and the pages you save all feed into an AI-powered knowledge base. Ask questions in plain English and get answers sourced from your actual conversations — or hand the agent a task and let it write back into the vault.

FAQ
Common questions.
01What is Hyprcore?
Hyprcore is a native macOS workspace built around an LLM-powered wiki. Dictate into any app — or say “Hyper” and speak an instruction it runs instead of types. Record a meeting, or a solo walkthrough that comes back as a transcript with chapters and a written doc. Save the web pages and videos you read. All of it lands as pages in the same tree, searchable with ⌘K and queryable in natural language.
02Does Hyprcore work offline?
Yes. Dictation runs on-device with seven local speech engines (Whisper, NVIDIA Canary, Parakeet, Moonshine, SenseVoice, Breeze, GigaAM), and meeting transcription works fully offline. Cloud STT, AI summaries, and shareable links are available on Pro and require an internet connection.
03What languages does Hyprcore support?
Hyprcore transcribes most major languages, including non-Latin scripts like Hindi, Chinese, and Japanese. NVIDIA Canary additionally translates while you talk — speak one language, get the transcript in another. The app interface ships in 16 languages.
04How is Hyprcore different from Notion, Granola, or Wispr Flow?
Notion is a database-first wiki with no recording or dictation. Granola is a meeting tool with no wiki or dictation. Wispr Flow is a dictation tool with no meetings or wiki — and none of them can take a spoken instruction and act on it, or do anything at all while you are away from the machine. Hyprcore puts dictation, voice commands, meetings, solo recordings, and saved web pages on a single native macOS page tree, then lets you set routines that work across all of it on a schedule. The call from this morning, the walkthrough you recorded at lunch, and the article you saved after both end up in the same searchable space — and the Friday review of all three writes itself.
05What are routines?
A routine is a trigger, an instruction written in plain English, and a list of what it is allowed to touch. It can run on a schedule, a set number of minutes before a calendar event, when a recording starts, when a meeting ends, or only when you press the button — so a brief on the people you are about to meet is waiting before the call, and a draft follow-up is waiting after it. Ten come already written, including a morning briefing, a Friday review, a sweep for commitments going stale, and follow-up drafts. Each one is a plain markdown file in your vault you can open, edit, or delete.
06What can a routine reach, and how do I limit it?
You can connect Gmail, Outlook mail, Notion, and web search. Two separate settings control a routine: one covers your machine — whether it can touch files and run commands — and one covers change, from read-only, to stopping and asking you before every action, to acting on its own. New routines start manual, sandboxed, and read-only. Every tool in a connected account is classified read or write by hand, anything unrecognised counts as a write until someone reviews it, and the limits you set are applied to the request before it leaves your Mac rather than asked of the model as a preference. Every run is logged with what fired it, what it called, and what it cost.
07Can Hyprcore send my meetings to Zapier, n8n, or my own system?
Yes. A routine can post to a webhook instead of running an agent, across three events — a recording starting, a meeting finishing, and a routine run. You choose what goes in the body: summary, action items, attendees, transcript, notes, links. Every delivery is signed so your receiver can verify it came from Hyprcore, retried six times over roughly eight hours if your endpoint is down, and recorded in a delivery log showing every attempt and the exact body sent. Plain HTTP is allowed on localhost, so an n8n running on your own machine works without anything crossing the internet.
08Does Hyprcore need access to my calendar?
No — calendar sync is optional, and Hyprcore records, transcribes, and writes up meetings without it. If you do connect one, access is read-only in every case: Google Calendar via the calendar.events.readonly scope, Microsoft Outlook via the Microsoft Graph Calendars.Read scope, and Apple Calendar via the local macOS EventKit permission. Hyprcore reads only the event title, start and end time, and attendee list, and uses them for one purpose — showing your upcoming meetings and filing each recording against the right event. It never creates, edits, or deletes calendar events, never uses calendar data for advertising, and never sells it. Google and Microsoft event metadata syncs to your Hyprcore account so meetings match across devices; Apple Calendar events stay on your Mac. Disconnect any time in Settings → Calendar.
09Is my meeting data private?
Dictation is processed on-device and never leaves your Mac. Meetings sync to end-to-end encrypted cloud storage so teams can share them. Transcripts pass through a seven-layer anti-hallucination filter, and any opt-in crash reports are scrubbed of file paths, keys, and personal data before sending — you can switch reporting Off, Errors only, or Full in Settings.
10How much does Hyprcore cost?
Free is genuinely free with on-device dictation, basic meeting recording, and one local speech engine. Pro is $19.99/month and unlocks all 7 local engines, cloud STT, unlimited meetings, AI summaries, the Knowledge Base, MCP integration, and 5 GB of cloud storage across 2 devices. Team is $39.99/month for up to 3 seats with shared storage.
